Greg Dukat is a culture-powered growth operator who builds high-performing systems by aligning product, market, and sales, and by connecting every role to the company’s mission and to the outcomes clients experience.  

A six-time CEO, Greg brings nearly three decades of leadership to Accertify. Greg leads with purpose, establishing operating rhythms that turn shared mission and explicit behaviors into repeatable execution. 

Before Accertify, Greg was CEO of Revel Systems and previously served as CEO at Comverge, Campus Management Corp., StarCite, and Indus International (Ventyx). He has also held board and advisory roles across private-equity-backed companies, guiding teams through scale, transformation, and commercial excellence.  

Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo).

Mark Michelon is a founding member and President of Accertify with 20+ years in payments, card-not-present fraud prevention, risk and dispute management. He partners closely with client leadership to co-design strategies that reduce risk while protecting revenue, and he translates those needs into product innovation that delivers measurable results. Drawing on his experience, Mark aligns product, engineering, AI/machine learning, and client teams to execute quickly and effectively – keeping Accertify relentlessly focused on client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Andrew Bronstein has over 30 years of leadership experience as a CFO and is an expert in Finance Operations for global software-as-a-service companies.  He has completed more than 160 acquisitions and integrations, including a leader in the successful carve-out of Accertify from American Express. Andrew has a history of creating value through working collaboratively across all business functions to identify and execute transformative business ideas to improve net and gross annual recurring revenue and driving cost efficiencies to improve operating margins and cash. He is highly collaborative with demonstrated leadership in financial planning and analysis, SaaS metrics, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration, systems and infrastructure, tax and accounting, treasury and capital management, investor relations and capital markets. Andrew is a leader and mentor who is passionate about working with team members to achieve their career goals and helping them to become future leaders.

Prior to joining Accertify, Andrew was an Operating Partner for Vector Capital and The Gores Group, two technology-focused private equity firms, and Senior Director for Alvarez & Marsal, where he was a leader in the Private Equity Performance Improvement group. Before that, he was CFO for the Software and Services Division and Chief Accounting Officer for SunGard, a software and services company specializing in the financial services industry. Andrew spent the first ten years of his career at PwC, where he was a Director in the Assurance practice and specialized in software and technology companies. 

Trey McCall is Chief Sales Officer at Accertify, bringing many years of experience leading enterprise sales organizations across identity, access management, fraud-adjacent security, and enterprise technology. He is known for driving disciplined revenue growth, scaling enterprise sales motions, and building strong executive-level customer relationships.

Prior to joining Accertify, Trey served as SVP, Global Enterprise Sales, and Marketing at Sectigo and was a member of the executive leadership team, where he led global enterprise sales. Previously, he was VP of Growth at Ping Identity, focused on expanding enterprise adoption of identity and access management solutions. Trey has also held senior leadership roles at MobileIron and Dell, building deep experience in secure access, endpoint trust, and large-scale global sales operations.

Maryling “Mare” Yu is the Chief Marketing Officer of Accertify, where she leads global marketing across the customer lifecycle. She brings over 20 years of B2B technology SaaS marketing experience to Accertify. Most recently, Mare served as VP and CMO of CCC Intelligent Solutions. She has also helmed marketing for such innovative companies as Backstop Solutions, Lotlinx, and Adeptia. Mare specializes in building compelling brands, delivering data-backed research and commercial insight to clients, creating demand, and enabling the field.

Mare holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MA in International Development Policy and BA in International Relations from Stanford University.

Andy Mortland joined an 8-person company called Accertify as a software developer in 2007. Through the years, he has held various roles in the organization, working alongside the company founders to build the original Accertify platform, and helping the business grow into a market-leading solution provider. Prior to taking on his current role, Andy was the Director of Accertify’s software development organization.

Since 2019, Andy’s department has encompassed Product Management, Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). His teams are collectively responsible for designing and enhancing Accertify’s solutions: Fraud Prevention, Dispute Management, Account Protection and Abuse Protection. They build and augment the Device Intelligence and User Behavioral Analytics capabilities. They research, train, and deploy Accertify’s AI/ML capabilities, and oversee Accertify’s various consortium data services. By focusing on both market trends and customer feedback, the department collectively aims to assist customers with current and future solutions.

Emma Lindley is an award-winning senior executive and internationally recognized thought leader in fraud, payments, and digital identity. Awarded an MBE by King Charles in 2022 for services to digital identity, she has over two decades of experience across financial services, e-commerce, gambling, airlines, and government. She has held senior commercial and product leadership roles at Visa and GBG and co-founded two successful businesses, including a global non-profit. Most recently, she has been advising governments and global enterprises on emerging technologies, growth strategies, and M&A.

Randy Ruiz has 20 years of experience in the development, design and support of large, high- frequency, low -latencies transactional environments. Randy has extensive experience in both security and compliance operations in the financial sector. As Chief Technology Officer, Randy is responsible for Development, Hosting Operations, Security operations and ITIL services at Accertify.

Randy most recently spent 10 years as an SVP of trading technical operations with Bank of America where he led the build-out and support of the proprietary trading operations of the Bank. Randy ran a global operations team that supported trading operations in 6 countries. Randy was also responsible for the SOX and GLBA compliance for the teams he supported. Mr.Ruiz has worked at a number of multinational banks, hedge funds and start-ups in his career developing extensive experience in both large- and small-scale high-performance operations within the financial sector.

Conrad Kennington is a 15-year veteran of the e-commerce fraud prevention industry. He currently leads Decision Science at Accertify, a global team of engineers and data scientists that continually innovate in the realm of AI and machine learning. Conrad focuses on empowering his team to research and develop the most accurate real-time fraud prevention models in the industry. 

Prior to joining Accertify, Conrad served as Senior Director of Machine Learning for travel-tech company Vacasa, and a Director of Engineering at Kount. 

Conrad holds a master’s degree in computer science from Boise State University, specializing in parallel and distributed computing, where he dedicated 12 years as an adjunct professor teaching courses in web development and machine learning.

A seasoned in-house lawyer, Julanne Montville has decades of experience advising her clients on wide-ranging matters, including data privacy, security, antitrust, and employment issues through times of significant change.  Her expertise is primarily in the legal issues involving SaaS environments from both the vendor and client perspectives. As General Counsel, Julanne focuses her practice on understanding business needs and providing practical, tactical advice regarding regulatory and industry standard compliance. Her team provides advice to all aspects of the Accertify business, with a focus on clear, insightful, timely counsel provided with an eye toward practical outcomes. 

Prior to assuming the General Counsel role in 2020, Julanne spent several years as Accertify’s Assistant General Counsel, managing the negotiation of agreements with some of Accertify’s largest clients, and handling the day-to-day integration of InAuth, Inc.’s into Accertify’s infrastructure.  She also held an interim role in Accertify’s then-parent, American Express, as a business unit lawyer for American Express’s merchant services and pricing teams.

Julanne came to Accertify from her role as Corporate Counsel for American Greetings, supporting their digital business, AG Interactive, Inc., which included digital greeting card brands Blue Mountain and Jacquie Lawson, and early photo sharing site Webshots, and American Greetings’ technology operations business.

As Vice President of Client Support & Onboarding, Paul Mangino is responsible for leading the onboarding teams and global support, delivering exceptional service experiences to Accertify’s clients. With a strong background in customer success and operations, Paul has a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention second to none. Paul has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of global support and onboarding, and he has a unique ability to balance the needs of clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity. 

Under Paul’s leadership, his teams have achieved significant milestones, such as improved and maintained customer satisfaction ratings, applied expertise in process optimization, talent development, and technology enablement. Prior to joining Accertify, Paul held leadership roles in the financial services industry where he developed a strong foundation in customer success, operations, and team management. As a seasoned executive, Paul is dedicated to driving business growth, improving customer outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence within the client services organization. He is a valued member of the Accertify leadership team and a key contributor to the company’s continued success.

Luke Dynan is responsible for driving the Accertify businesses forward in APAC. Luke has spent the past 20 years leading sales and client teams in the telecommunications, data centre and IT managed services sectors working for some of the largest network and IT infrastructure businesses in Australia. As VP and GM of Accertify based in Sydney, Australia, Luke is responsible for our sales, client management and operational functions across the APAC region.

Eric Dawson joined Accertify in 2013 as a Senior Account Manager and now leads the Client Engagement organization. His team is responsible for client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth across Accertify’s enterprise portfolio.

Under Eric’s leadership, the Client Engagement team has evolved to provide a strategic, data-driven, and proactive approach to client relationships, setting new standards for collaboration and value delivery. His team partners closely with our clients to align business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure continued value from Accertify’s solutions. His focus on collaboration, consistency, and measurable outcomes has strengthened long-term relationships and enhanced the overall client experience across the organization.

Prior to joining Accertify, Eric worked as an Account Manager for Chase Paymentech, and a Senior Technical Account Manager for CyberSource.

Sara Schroeder is Accertify’s Head of Global Human Resources, where she drives people strategies that foster alignment, innovation, accountability, and resilience. Throughout her career leading global HR teams, Sara has developed deep expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and strategic HR practices. She is passionate about bridging business objectives with human needs, creating workplaces that excel in both performance and purpose.

Prior to joining Accertify, Sara served as Vice President of Human Resources at TalentNeuron and led HR and people strategy for several global SaaS organizations, including Backstop Solutions, Maropost, and Signal.

Sara holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BA from the University of Vermont. She also maintains advanced HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
